*Rates in US Dollars Rates per night. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons. A fold out bed available for a child 8 years old and above.
- 50% of booking required to confirm reservation.
- Balance due on arrival.
- Rates include all applicable taxes and fees.
- When in Mexico and using your Credit Card there is a 6% Fee.
- Cancellation Policy Deposits are refunded only upon re-booking of Time reserved, less 5% administration fee
- 3 night minimum
**Note: 25% increase in rates during month of December for the week before Christmas Week thru New Years Eve, and in the month of April Easter Week and the week after Easter.
